The Dialogue Week: You arrive Monday after breakfast and have instruction Monday through Friday. Includes lodging Monday through Thursday night, and all meals from Monday lunch through Friday lunch. (Friday evening dinner and overnight stay is not included.)

The Dialogue Weekend: You arrive Saturday morning and have instruction Saturday and Sunday. Includes lodging Saturday night, and all meals from Saturday lunch through Sunday lunch. Dialogue suggests six private lessons a day for weekend students: $2240.

Arrival the evening before available for a small extra charge (see below).

Note that most students choose the six-lesson-a-day level; it's most cost-effective and designed for a prime level of language immersion, leaving time for both guided self-study and relaxation.

Conditions of payment and cancellation

Payment for your course is payable in full 30 days before the date on which the course begins. If you register less than 30 days before the date of the course, payment for your course is payable immediately and you will be asked to show proof of payment on receipt of your invoice. In the event of cancellation on your part notified more than 15 days before the start of the course, an amount equivalent to 10% of the invoice will be claimed from you as contract costs for cancellation.
These costs will increase to an amount equivalent to
- 15% in the event of cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the course
- 25% in the event of cancellation between 8 days and 3 days before the start of the course
- 30 % for less than 3 days before the start.
Payment for the course already paid will be reimbursed after allowing for cancellation costs. Bank charges for reimbursement is paid in full by the client.
In the event of departure or absence during the stay, any course started shall be payable in full. Absence during the stay cannot be compensated for through additional services to an equivalent value. Your enrolment in a DialoguE course indicates your complete acceptance to the said conditions.
